Magic Design is Fashion jewelry Producer, located in Bali, the island of thousand Gods. Most of the pieces are made of natural materials such as sea shell, wooden bead, Cow-grass bone, fish bone, coconut, coral, feathers and combination with resin and other factory product like glass bead.
We are doing wholesale for Bali Accessories including Belt, Bracelet, Earring, Necklace, Ring, and other products.
We manufacture Bali handcrafted accessories in separated family factory which is located in Buleleng and Denpasar area. Our qualified quality control team will make sure all of handcrafted accessories products are ready to ship worldwide with standard export quality.
Most of our handcrafted accessories products are made in Bali while some are made in Java and another island in Indonesia. Basically, we are manufacturer, wholesaler, and Buying Agent for Bali and Indonesian Products.
We would also be more than happy to help you with Travel Information in Bali, such as accommodation, where to stay in Bali, nice food locations, restaurants, information of attractions in Bali, point of interest, where to go for sightseeing, and many more interesting places to visit in Bali.

How To Order :
1. Order
- Browse our website, feel free to choose the product that you interested in.
- Email us with your purchase order Form - Please contact us or the Wholesale Pricelist form.
- All order must be written.
2. Payment Method
- We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union or
MoneyGram.
- We require 50% Deposit payment, from the total order amount at the time of order is placed,
And the 50% balance payment when all the merchandise are ready to ship.
- Full payment required for all purchase order with total amount less than USD$ 2, 000.
- Please email or fax us your bank transfer's receipt in order that we can monitor the status
of your transfer.
- We will start to proccess your order once we have received your payment at our bank account.

3. Minimum Order
- Minimum order will applicable and will be differ for every item.
- Accesories and Small Items: 100 pcs per design - assorted color may possible, ask for more service availability.
4. FREE Samples Order
- Samples order are always free of charge.
- If you have any courrier account for collect payment in destination, then we will send the samples for free.
- We provide 5 up to 10 pieces of assorted items for free samples, depend on our stock availability.
5. Production Time
- Normally a standart 40ft container takes about 6 upto 8 weeks for production time.
- Production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order.
- We have some product ready stock - inventory, please contact us for confirmation.
- Most carvings are made for you when you order them, normal LCL order ussually take
about 2 weeks.
- We will keep on informing you with the progress of your order by email and photos.
- We will send you the copy of Bill of Lading - BL and other related documents by email.
6. Refund - Cancellation
- When the first deposite is made, no refund or cancellation is possible.
- We will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all merchandise are
ready to ship. If there is no balance payment made after 14 days starting from our notification,
all order are consider to be lost, and there is no deposit refund. " important "
7. Delivery - Shipping
- Airfreight will take about 3 upto 7 working days to reach your address.
- We normally using Courrier service: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc.
- Sea Freight will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations.
8. Damaged merchandise
- Firstly, we will help you with the insurance coverage.
- If the damaged caused by Magic Design, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit
for your next order.
- We will always do our best to all of our valued customer as we are expecting a long term
business relationship to all of our valued customer.
Custom Orders :
We accept the order by your own design if you interested to develop a new product. Special request of the color, size or just adaptation of an existing one are welcome.
Shipment Information :
Cargo - Shipping Cost Information
Just for another considerations for your shipping cost, if you haven't found the best price, you may compare with the price provided by FOF Cargo, Our partner for most of our shipment. Please contact us for details.
Sea Freight, starting with minimum volume of 1 cubic meter up to 40ft HC Container. Please contact us for the exact Ocean Freight at the time you want to send your merchandise as the Ocean Freight Price List are always changed every single month by the shipping Line Company.
Air Freight, normally using either which one is greater, Actual Weight or Total Volume. Formula to find out the Total volume - Dimension is: (Height x Length x Width) divided by 6, 000 = Total Volume in kgs.
For Packaging, In Bali we normally using a standard boxes with dimension of: 58 x 34 x 49 cm.
Just for additional Information, 1 CBM can have 8 standard boxes - While 20 ft Container can be fill up by 300 standard boxes or equal to 30 CBM in volume.
